He has initiated and led major transformations within the company in the areas of strategic focus, solution portfolios, service delivery quality, key client management, client satisfaction, leadership and staff development, as well as Finance and HRM shared services.In addition to being Asia Pacific\'s CEO, he has held leadership roles in Global Management Consulting, Global SI and Solutions, Global eBusiness, Global Portfolio Management, Global Executive Board.</li><li>From 1995-1997, KC was the Head of IBM Consulting Group ASEAN, responsible for both Business Transformation Consulting &amp; IT Consulting.</li><li>He held senior positions at the CSC Index/Consulting Australia (1990-1995).</li><li>He started his professional career with Accenture Australia (formerly Andersen Consulting) between 1984 and1990.</li><li>KC has served as a Board Advisor, Speaker and panelist on management topics in several Business Week forums such as President Forum, CEO Forum, CIO Forum, and CFO Forum in Asia Pacific.</li><li>He was a guest lecturer on Leadership and Organizational Change at the NTU-MIT Nanyang Fellows Sloan Executive MBA Program (Singapore), an MBA Alumni of the Chulalongkorn University (Bangkok) and of the Business Undergraduate Class at NUS (Singapore) and Temasek Polytechnic.</li><li>He was the former Chairman of a School Advisory Committee in Singapore.</li><li>Serves as a volunteer to provide management advice to a few schools.</li><li>A member of COMPASS, a Ministry of Education led advisory board.</li><li>Member of the Singapore Venture Capital &amp; Private Equity Association.</li></ul>');
